Nathdwara

Nathdwara, meaning "Gateway to the Lord," is a sacred town housing the famous Shrinathji Temple. This temple is one of the most important shrines for followers of the Pushtimarg sect of Vaishnavism.

The presiding deity, Shrinathji, is a form of Lord Krishna. The town is also famous for its Pichwai paintings — intricate cloth paintings depicting scenes from Lord Krishna's life.
